We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Rani & Co. pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all jewelry or apparel is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached and placed securely in the original Rani & Co. packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
